一,基本信息

田吉利:,东莞理工学院生态环境与建筑工程学院博士后。主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,近五年发表SCI收录论文14篇。主要从事半导体光电材料的微纳加工以及其它新能源材料与器件方面的研究工作。

 

 

二,研究方向

1.          半导体光电材料微纳加工及其器件组装和应用研究(硅衬底的纳米图案化、三维氧化锌过渡层的生长及控制、氮化镓薄膜的外延以及器件应用等)

2.          新能源材料与器件(太阳电池材料、可穿戴设备用柔性纳米发电机、柔性超级电容、柔性透明电极等)

2010.09-2013.01哈尔滨工业大学,材料学院,材料学专业,硕士;

2.        国家自然科学基金面上项目,51472061,基于有序硅纳米线阵列结构的新型异质结太阳电池的研究,2015.01-2018.12,主要参与人(排名第三)。
